At Mizan Trendz, every product is manufactured with strict quality and hygiene standards. We request customers to carefully review our Return & Exchange Policy before placing an order.
🔁 Exchange Policy
⏱️ Exchange Window

Exchange requests must be raised within 24 hours (1 day) of delivery.
✅ Eligibility for Exchange
An exchange will be accepted only if:

The product is unused, unwashed, and unworn

Original tags, tag loop, invoice, and packaging are intact

The product has no stains, perfume smell, wash marks, tears, or damage
-
If the tag loop is broken, the exchange request will be rejected
🔄 Exchange Terms

Size exchange only

One-time exchange per order / per item

₹119 exchange shipping fee payable by the customer

Exchange is subject to stock availability

If the requested size is unavailable, a store credit may be issued at management discretion
❌ No Return Policy
Mizan Trendz does not offer returns under the following circumstances:

Dislike of product

Color variation
-
Fabric feel or personal preference

Discounted or sale products
-
COD charges and courier charges are non-refundable
⚠️ Damaged / Incorrect Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

Notify us within 24 hours of delivery

Unboxing video is mandatory
-
Clear photos of the product and packaging must be shared
❗ Failure to provide an unboxing video and images may result in rejection of the claim.
🏷️ Quality Check & Final Decision

All exchange requests are subject to quality inspection

Mizan Trendz reserves the right to approve or reject any request that does not meet policy criteria

Management’s decision will be final and binding
📦 Returning Goods

Customers are responsible for the cost and risk of returning products

Items must be shipped to:

We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit

We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured courier service

No exchange or credit will be processed without receipt of returned goods or proof of delivery
🎁 Gifts

If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, a gift credit will be issued once the returned product is received

If the item was not marked as a gift, any applicable credit/refund will be issued to the original purchaser
❌ Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only

Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed

Customers may request an exchange after delivery as per policy terms
